12. Maximum payout on any ordinary win is £250 per month to any single account.

13. BONUS & WITHDRAWL POLICY. The amount of money deposited together with the welcome bonus must be wagered at least 5 (FIVE) times before any withdrawal. Each following bonus, together with the money deposited, must be wagered at least 1 (ONCE) before any withdrawal. The player will be informed if he/she conforms to our bonus rules during the filling-in of the withdrawal request. If the bonus rules are not fulfilled, the withdrawal request will not be accepted. The minimum withdrawal amount is £25. All players' withdrawal requests are processed by our staff once a week. 14. Any player found to have entered a mobile number that cannot be billed, or changed any account detail that prohibits account settlement in any way, will forfeit all outstanding wins and have their account terminated.

15. Top Players Competition. The top 5 players are the top 5 depositors during the duration of the competition. Players are only eligible for prizes if the money deposited during the competition is wagered through at least once.

16. Standard Minimum Wagering requirement for bonuses or Free Monies: Unless otherwise stated when a bonus/free monies is awarded to you, you must play through any bonus/free monies 15 times (i.e. total bets must be 15 times the bonus/free monies amount) before any amount of the Bonus is eligible for withdrawal. Any bet or part of any bet placed on outside bets on the Roulette table, as well as bets covering all 36 single numbers, will not count towards the wagering requirement.

17. Any casino activity deemed to be of an unnatural nature may result in the termination of a player's account and/or account balance.

18. Any deposits must be wagered in full at least once through a game before they can be withdrawn by the player. If the Gambling Balance of a player includes money deposited that has not been wagered, any cashouts by the player will not be processed.
